ASOPAC (Association of Agricultural Producers and Marketers of Santiago Perez) is a growers group located in Tolima, Colombia. ASOPAC is a non-profit organization that was founded by 51 farmers in 2017. Caturra, Catuai and Colombia varietals are grown at 5000 feet above sea level and specialty coffees are all that ASOPAC grows and produces.
