This fabulous microlot comes to us from two sisters and their families running two farms in Costa Rica’s West Valley. This is a true microlot made up entirely of a single variety of washed coffee: Villa Sarchi.
This is a sweet cup with a good body where you’ll find notes of graham cracker, caramel, toffee and a hint of baked apple.
