Sacof Exporting has made a huge difference in the lives of those living in western Rwanda by organizing the Coopac Cooperative and paying a premium for washed coffee. The co-operative provides dairy cattle to local residents and free organic fertilizer from coffee pulp.
This is an absolutely superior Rwandan! Expect a small amount of acidity, a great body, and pleasant hints of herbs and raisin.
