Description
This juicy cup comes to us from the Jikawa Valley of Paupua New Guinea and represents the efforts of 1500 small holders in the area with average farms of a few acres, each producing 200 lbs. of varying coffees and varietals annually.
This coffee is dry processed for 30 days to promote excellent curing and outstanding flavor profiles.
This memorable cup provides inviting potpurri-like and rose aromas with a tiny hint of tangy berry. Expect candy-like sweetness and just a bit of acidity at the finish.
