Description
This phenomenal microlot comes from Maury Faleiros, a single estate farmer from Ibiraci in Minas Gerais. The farm, Fazenda Nossa Senhora de Fatima, was founded in 1912 and Maury is a 4th generation coffee farmer producing varieties like caturra and yellow bourbon at about 3000 feet above sea level.
This unique and tasty cup has a good body, along with a sweet honey and brown sugar base, and nuances of pear and melon.
