Description
This is a truly delectable cup that is small farmer produced in the Tolima region of Colombia. Tolima is located in west-central Colombia in the Magdalena River basin and is a very rugged and demanding tropical environment. Tolima is known for producing excellent, creamy-bodied coffees.
This coffee was grown at 4800-6000+ feet above sea level and includes Typica, Caturra, Colombia and Castillo varieties.
This is an unbeliveably delicious and high scoring cup. You will find a thick body, notes of cocoa and hops and a cola-like sparkle providing great mouth-feel.
