This is an absolutely delicious coffee brought to us by Jose Junqeuira Villela’s Farm: Fazenda Sao Benedito. The farm is at about 4000 feet and all beans come from the yellow bourbon variety.
This is a pulped natural coffee that is hand picked and processed to achieve superior quality.
A well balanced cup with nice body and smooth mouth-feel. Hints of citrus with honey, nut and caramel undertones.
