Yemen is one of the oldest coffee producing countries in the world and offers some outstanding varieties found nowhere else – such as Tuffahi, Dawairi, and Jaaadi – but is rarely available.
This is a fully traceable coffee that is processed by Al-Ezzi from small holders in the surrounding area that bring fresh cherries for processing due to lack of personal mill availability.
This delicious and unique cup offers intense aromas, some cocoa and a fine sweetness, along with nuances of tart lemon, dried berries, almond and coriander.
