This delightful coffee comes to us from small holders in the Cajamarca region of Peru. Kovachii coffee is organically certified, hand processed, washed and sun dried on patio drying beds.
In this cup you can find hints of juicy white grape, notes of lime and green apple and a solid base that provides a sweet caramel finish.
