Java has long been a center for coffee trading and records show production began in the late 1600’s, well after trading had begun. This fantastic micro-lot comes to us from Small Farmers in the Sunda, or western region of the Island. Here the focus is on high quality and small production for each farm.
Expect an absolutely fantastic cup with an undertone of sweetness and hints of fig and honey, with just a bit of chocolate. Delicious!
