This delicious coffee is produced by Anastacio Benitez Diaz in the community of Gualdalla, Honduras. Anastacio and his family began production in 1998 and now have 15 hectares devoted to growing fine coffees. This is a high grown coffee produced at 5500′ above sea level. Varieties include Bourbon, Catimor, Lempira and Red Catuai.
Expect a sweet, smooth cup with good body. Toffee and praline flavors abound as the cup cools, along with tones of honey and hints of apple.
