This is the 4th time Coffee Jar has purchased a lot from one of our favorite Guatemalan farms: Finca La Bolsa.
The La Bolsa establishment began in 1958 and was founded by Dr. Vides. He received official awards for his dedication to coffee in 1984 and his daughter took over in 1995. Today, his grandson continues to run Finca La Bolsa and offer outstanding coffee.
In this excellent cup, you will notice a chocolate base followed by flavors of caramel and plum with a bit of acidic sparkle in the form of hints of cherry and nectarine at the finish.
