This wonderful coffee is brought to us from Guatemala by the Asociacion Intergral Unidos para Vivir Mejor, a small private association surrounding Lake Atitlan. ASUVIM is dedicated to preserving indigenous traditions and knowledge and utilizes their skills in growing outstanding coffee to help pursue it’s goals.
This coffee is grown at 5000-5500 feet and consists of Bourbon, Caturra and Typica varieties. Expect a heavy bodied cup with unique sweetness and notes of raw sugar and green grape, along with flavors of pomegranate. This cup is a “coffee delicacy!”
