Description
This is a soft, delectable cup with a decent body from the island of Flores near Java, Indonesia.
This “classic cup” is single-washed and made up of 3 varieties grown at around 4000 feet: Kartika, Timor Hybrid, Caturra.
As expected, you will find this coffee to be full of flavors of cocoa while, at the same time, offering some mild coffee cherry notes for that rich, coffee-mouthfeel. This is a sweet cup with a bit of tart acidity at the finish.
