Description
This is a delicious cup from the Huehuetenango region of Guatemala and grown at over 5500 feet and relying on only a handful of varietals including Bourbon, Catimor and Caturra.
Beans are picked and washed within 48 hours to remove the cherry. After washing, beans are dried on raised beds for about 2 weeks.
Expect a sweet cup with great body and tones of chocolate followed up with notes of berry, hints of vanilla and a bit of acidity. A classic and memorable, chocolate cup from Guatemala!
