Description
Prepare for an outstanding and unique Colombian coffee grown around a mile high in the Sotara area of the Cauca region.
This is a natural cup where beans are left to dry with the fruit remaining and removed after drying. Natural coffees are a bit less “bright” but more than make up for it in the cup itself! Three varietals create this wonderful coffee: Colombia, Caturra and Castillo.
Notable characteristics include rosy florals, good body, and hints of caramel. The entire cup rests upon a cushion of sweetness with hints of green apple and a bit of acidity at the finish for a truly unique coffee.
