This rich, delightful coffee is brought to us by Gabriel Congera and Jean Clément Birabereye. Gabriel owns and works his farm and Jean runs a wetmill for washing and processing.
Gabriel’s farm is 5 acres and almost 4 acres of his farm is planted in coffee.
Processing at Jean Clément’s wet mill uses single fermentation for about 2 weeks, followed by 20 days of sun drying.
Total number of processors before reaching you is only 3: Gabriel the grower, Jean the washer-processor, and Coffee Jar the roaster – amazing!
