Description
Diogo Dias Texeira de Macedo is a fifth-generation coffee producer who has proved his dedication to quality by placing in seven (!) Cup of Excellence competitions.
The Macedo farm has about 200 hectares of coffee and is located in the Mogiana region at 4000 feet above sea level. This lot is of the variety Yellow Bourbon and is naturally processed via sun drying for 20-25 days.
As with many Brazillian coffees, expect to find a cup with medium body that is sweet and clean. Flavors of almond and a hint of citrus round out this delectable cup.
