Description
This is a delicious and sweet coffee! Brought to us by the 2000 smallholder coffee farmers in the Mantiqueira micro-region, this coffee includes several varieties such as Red and Yellow Catuai and Yellow Bourbon.
Pedra Branca was the first mill in the Mantiquerira microregion and was created in a partnership with Carmo Coffees starting in 2012. Beneficio Pedra Branca utilizes mechanical dryers, covered patios, and three African drying beds along with washing and processing facilities.
Expect a sweet silky cup with somewhat heavy body and chocolate undertones along with hints of peanut and a trace of tartness.
