This delicious, fruity cup is a Fair Trade Organic coffee that comes to us from small holders in the Sidamo region of Ethiopia. Sidamo is the most productive coffee region in Ethiopia due to ideal climate, altitude, soil and rainfall. The Ethipian Heirloom variety, along with climate and acidic soil, combine to produce remarkably fruity flavors such as peach, strawberry and blueberry.
This memorable cup is sweet with a heavy, chocolaty body and hints of vanilla and blueberry.
