Description
This outstanding coffee comes to us from the Deri Kochoha co-op located in the Guji Zone in the greater Oromia region of Ethiopia. This area offers coffee growing altitudes of 5000 to 6000 feet above sea level. The co-op has approximately 600 contributing farmers, and produces less than 2 containers per year – a true micro-lot!
Guji coffees are known for their heavy, sweet, “jammy” profiles and this lot certainly hits the mark!
In this delicious cup you will find a heavy body with notes of chocolate and blueberries with a hint of grape jam.
