Description
This fine coffee comes to us from the town of El Tambo. There are over 10,000 coffee farmers on about 9000 hectares in this area, so every farm is very small and every farmer treats their land and coffee like the vital resources they are. Fertilizers are natural and “terroir”, meaning growing what grows best in any given area, plays a big part in quality and care and you can taste it in the cup.
Expect a great body with notes of lemon-lime and a base of sweet chocolate with a mellow finish that is highlighted with just a hint of spice.
