This delicious decaf is brought to us by Small Farmers in Central Colombia. The average farm is about 5 acres and the farms utilized strictly grow only two varieties of coffee beans: Caturra and Castillo. By using beans that best fit their micro-climate and, decaffeinating with the sugarcane process, farmers can consistently produce excellent decaf.
This is a sweet cup that utilizes the Sugarcane process to complete decaffeination. The Sugarcane process, unlike water processes or CO2 processes, allows coffees to retain 95%+ of their original flavors, nuances and body.
Expect a soft, sweet cup with nice body and hints of citrus.
