Description
This is the second time we have bought this particular farm because it is so good! It is a washed coffee grown at about 5000+ feet above sea level and comprised of only two varieties: Colombia and Castillo.
This co-op was started in 2014 and has about 150 women members offering outstanding coffees via the cocoa substitution program.
This is a high-scoring, full-bodied cup offering the “best of paired flavors,” like toffee, amaretto, fresh berry, and mild raisin. Expect some light and tangy acidity and an overall candy-like sweetness. Amazing!
