This fantastic coffee comes to us from ASMUCAFE which is an organization of women-owned coffee farms. El Tambo is a municipality in the Cauca region of Colombia and that is where many of the finest Colombian coffees are produced.
This coffee is meticulously processed, being washed 3-4 times and dried in parabolic dryers, and contains only 2 varietals: Colombia and Castillo.
The cup is simply delicious and loaded with jammy passion fruit and dark chocolate. Sugary sweetness is delectable and a hint of tart malic acidity provides a great finish.
