Description
This unique collective is actually owned by a small, single-family estate that grows their own and also purchases additional coffee from surrounding farms.
This is a washed coffee grown at around 5000 feet above sea level that is comprised of uniquely Indonesian varietals such as Andungasari, Bor Bor, Katrika, and Ateng. These varietals are much of what gives the Indonesian coffees, like Java and Sumatra, their unique and often “earthy” profiles.
This is a delicious, very sweet cup with great body and fantastic flavor notes, including toffee, praline, and island fruit flavors. This Java makes a great breakfast coffee by offering a classic cup with a tiny hint of citric acidity at the finish. Refreshing!
