A stunning coffee brought to us by the La Bolsa estate in the La Libertad region. This farm was started by Dr. Jorge Vida Molina in 1956 and is located between two mountains at about 4500 feet.
The la bolsa farm has won many awards over the years and is in compliance with all pre-requisites of Rainforest Certification and C.A.F.E. Practices.
A fully washed and sun dried bean provides a “classic Central” with a rich, dark chocolate base, hints of raisin and undertones of toffee and almond.
