This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with any business other than Coffee Jar. You understand that you are providing your information to Coffee Jar. The information you provide will only be used in the event you are determined a Promotion winner.

PROMOTION PERIOD:
Coffee Jar's Find-Me-Fort Firetruck Giveaway (the “Promotion”) starts July 26, 2022 at 8:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) and ends August 19, 2022 at 8:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion consists of an Website sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and an on-site giveaway (the “Giveaway”). The Event Sweepstakes begins at 6:00 a.m. CT on July 26, 2022 and ends at 2:00 p.m. CT on July 31, 2022 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Giveaway begins at 11:00 a.m. CT and ends at 7:00 p.m. CT on August 22, 2022 (“Giveaway Period”).

ELIGIBILITY:
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia, 18 years of age or older as of date of entry. Employees of Coffee Jar, Inc., d/b/a Instant Imaging Corporation (the “Sponsor, Administrator”), their respective affiliates, parents, subsidiaries, divisions, suppliers, distributors and advertising, promotional and judging agencies (collectively, the “Sponsor and its Administrators”), and its affiliates and each of their respective employees, shareholders, directors, officers, members, assigns and agents and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate or win. Void where prohibited by law. Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws.

HOW IT WORKS:
Consumers will have the opportunity to enter the Promotion on CoffeeByTheJar.com or at a Coffee Jar event, as outlined below. If you are determined a Grand Prize winner in the Sweepstakes or Giveaway, including the words "you are a Grand Prize winner," you are the winner of the Grand Prize, subject to verification of eligibility. If you are not contacted by Coffee Jar, you are not the winner of the Grand Prize.

HOW TO ENTER:
There are two (2) ways to enter, as follows:
Via CoffeeByTheJar.com for the Sweepstakes: During the Sweepstakes Period, you may enter on your web enabled device (“Website”) by completely filling out the displayed form found at https://coffeebythejar.com/find-me-fort-firetruck-giveaway/. (the “Submission”) to receive one (1) entry (“Website Entry”) into the random drawing, as described below. You must enter by August 19, 2022 at 8:00 AM Central Time (“CT”) for your Site Entry to be eligible. Upon submitting an Website Entry, you will receive the opportunity to win the Grand Prize, as described below.

Via Coffee Jar Event for the Giveaway: During the times listed below on July 26, 2022, you can enter the Promotion by visiting one of the below Coffee Jar event locations (each, an “Event Location”). The Official Form submission will require you to provide your first and last name, email and phone number to be eligible to receive one (1) entry (the “On-Site Entry”) into the Grand Prize random drawing, as described below. Any entrant that acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person will be disqualified. Determination as to the winners will be in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Upon submitting an Website Entry, you will receive the opportunity to win the Grand Prize, as described below.

Coffee Jar Event Location
West Bend, WI: WASHINGTON COUNTY FAIR PARK & CONFERENCE CENTER, 3000 Hwy PV, West Bend, WI 53095, July 26, 2022 from 8:00 a.m. CT to July 31, 2022 5:00 p.m. CT.

Website Entries and On-Site Entries will be collectively referred to as “Entry” or “Entries”. You must fill out all information to enter. Limit one (1) Entry per person, regardless of method of Entry. The person submitting the Entry will be deemed the entrant (the “Entrant”). In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an Entrant, the Entrant will be deemed the authorized email account holder of the email account submitted at the time of Entry (if Entrant entered on the Website) or the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter (if Entrant entered at a Coffee Jar event). "Authorized account holder" of a Site account is defined as the person who is responsible for joining the Site and who manages the e-mail address associated with the Site account. “Authorized account holder” of an email address is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet Access provider, on-line service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. The Entry must: 1) be complete to be eligible; 2) be the property of the Entrant. Sponsor has the sole discretion to determine whether a Submission qualifies as an Entry. Any Entry not in compliance with the above and which does not meet the requirements of these Official Rules will be disqualified. Participation is subject to disqualification of all Entries, if multiple accounts are used by the same person. As applicable, normal Internet/phone access and usage/data charges imposed by Entrants’ online/mobile service will apply.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:
By entering via completion of an electronic or physical Entry Form, you agree to waive any rights you may have to the Entry Form submitted and any and all liability that may arise from contest participation and/or use, in the future, of the Official Grand Prize, ie. The Find Me Fort Firetruck. The Entry Form, or any portion thereof, must not contain obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory or inappropriate content, or be disparaging to Sponsor, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion. Any Entry Form or portion thereof that is, in the Sponsor’s sole discretion, obscene, profane, lewd, defamatory, inappropriate, disparaging, offensive or contains proprietary right of any person living or deceased (including but not limited to rights of privacy or publicity or portrayal in a false light) or entity, or is otherwise objectionable, may not be considered and may disqualify the Entrant. Entry Forms should not contain any third-party materials, or otherwise violate or infringe (or possibly infringe) any copyright, trademark, logo, mark that identifies a brand (other than Coffee Jar). Entry Forms become the property of the Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Entrants and winners acknowledge and agree that their Entry Forms become the property of the Sponsor. No endorsement or approval of Promotion by Coffee Jar is expressed or implied. Automated, script, macro or robotic Entries submitted by individuals will be disqualified. Any Entry Form not in compliance with the above and which does not meet the requirements of these Official Rules will be disqualified.

SWEEPSTAKES RANDOM DRAWING:
One (1) Grand Prize winners will be selected in a random drawing on or about August 22, 2022 from among all eligible Website and Event Entries received. The random drawing will be conducted by the Administrator, whose decisions are final on all matters relating to the Promotion. The odds of winning a Prize will depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

SWEEPSTAKES/GIVEAWAY PRIZE AND APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”):
Grand Prize (1 total, as outlined above): A Find-Me-Fort Firetruck (ARV: $500). All Prizes will be awarded, provided a sufficient number of eligible Entrants arrive during at each Event Location/enter on CoffeeByTheJar.com. Entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its Administrators from all liability for any and all complications, injuries, illness or other such issues that may be attributable or exposure to Grand Prize awarded in this Promotion.

Limit one (1) Prize per person. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitutions are allowed except by the Sponsor.

VERIFICATION:
Grand Prize winner is subject to verification of eligibility, whether by phone, email or in-person. Entry Forms are subject to verification at the sole discretion of Sponsor/Administrator and include anti-fraud detection measures. All material submitted becomes the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned. In no event will the Sponsor be obligated to award more than the stated number of prizes.

GENERAL:
The Site’s computer timestamp is the official timekeeper for purposes of this Promotion. Potential Prize winners who entered on CoffeeByTheJar.com will be initially notified by phone and/or email and must follow the instructions outlined in the message (“Message”) to contact a representative of the Sponsor within seventy-two (72) hours of notification attempt or prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Grand Prize must be picked up from Coffee Jar, 1935 Stonebridge Rd, West Bend, WI 53095. The Grand Prize will not be shipped to the Winner. Any other method will result in disqualification and forfeiture of any and all prize. The potential Grand Prize winner (whose prize revealed an email with the words “you’ve been determined a potential Grand Prize winner”) will be required to follow the instructions outlined in the message for Grand Prize redemption instructions. Potential Grand Prize winner will be required to sign and return, via email/email link, a Declaration of Eligibility and liability and publicity release, except where prohibited, and assignment of rights within seventy-two (72) hours of notification. If potential Grand Prize winner fails to contact the Administrator within the timeframe stated on the game message, fails to return the completed declaration within seventy-two (72) hours, or if declaration is returned as undeliverable or if a potential winner is deemed ineligible, the Grand Prize will be forfeited and Grand Prize will go unawarded. Return of prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply to Message may result in disqualification and alternate potential winners will be selected. Winners and all Entrants, as a condition of entry into the Promotion, agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its Administrators, each of their respective agencies, parents, subsidiaries, affiliates and each of their respective officers, directors, shareholders, members, employees, agents, assigns, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Promotion (collectively the “Released Parties”) from and against any and all liability, claims or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons or property which may be sustained in connection with submitting an Entry or otherwise participating in any aspect of the Promotion, the receipt, ownership or use of any prize(s) awarded or any typographical or other error in these Official Rules or the announcement or offering of the prizes. Sponsor assume all liability for any injury or damage caused, or claimed to be caused by participation in the Promotion or use or redemption of the prizes. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission to use winners’ names, likenesses, Entries and Submissions for promotional purposes (including any possible public relations opportunities) without further compensation except where prohibited by law. By entering, Entrant accepts and agrees to be bound by these Official Rules. Entries will be declared to be made by the authorized account holder of the email account or email address associated with the Entry. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion; violates the Official Rules; acts in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or acts with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person. The Released Parties are not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, telephone failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, whether caused by the sender, by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Promotion which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the Entries or seeding of the Instant Win Grand Prize in the Promotion. Entries generated by script or bot are not eligible. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, terminate or modify the Promotion if it cannot be completed as planned for any reason, including but not limited to infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, technical failures or corruption of any sort. In such event, Sponsor will award the Sweepstakes/Giveaway prizes from eligible Entries received for each Event and via email and/or phone, prior to cancellation as outlined above. As a condition of entering the Promotion, entrant agrees that: 1) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential or any other damages, other than for out-of-pocket expenses; 2) all causes of action arising out of or connected with the Promotion, or prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and 3) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, but in no event will entrant be entitled to receive attorneys’ fees or other legal costs.

GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION AND VENUE:
SPONSOR IS REGISTERED UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES WITH HEADQUARTERS IN WISCONSIN. THE WISCONSIN COURTS (STATE & FEDERAL) SHALL HAVE SOLE JURISDICTION OF ANY CONTROVERSIES REGARDING THE PROMOTION AND THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF WISCONSIN SHALL GOVERN THE SAME. EACH ENTRANT WAIVES ANY AND ALL OBJECTIONS TO JURISDICTION AND HEREBY IRREVOCABLY SUBMITS TO THE VENUE OF THOSE COURTS WITHIN WISCONSIN.

Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, located at https://coffeebythejar.com/privacy-policy/.

WINNERS:
