Description
To the west of the Sunda Islands lies the Island of Sumatra. It is the largest island that is wholly Indonesian and the sixth largest island in the world.
This is a small-holder produced coffee that comes from small farms in the highlands. Cherries are wet processed to provide the signature “heavy-bodied” cup that Indonesian Coffees are known for.
Caramel undertones and hints of citrus identify this cup. Traditional “earthy-Indo” feel is present, but minimized by a very clean cup due to wet processing.
