Description
A large estate near the capital of San Salvador, San Emilio produces “pulped natural” (dried with the fruit on) coffee at 1000-1400 meters. Pulped natural coffee provides big body and low acidity.
San Emilio is a silky smooth delight with subtle hints of spice, and tones of toffee and hazelnut, with an underlying body of chocolate and caramel.
